This policy clearly outlines the terms of use and usage standards for all digital content ("Content") provided by SOSCUT ("the Company").
1. Purpose and Ownership of Rights
1. Copyright and Ownership: The copyright and intellectual property rights of all Content provided on SOSCUT belong to the Company or the original creator.
2. Nature of the License Granted: Users do not acquire ownership of the Content. Under this policy, users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Content.
2. License Types
The permitted purpose of use depends on the license type granted with the Content.
• Personal Only: May be used only for non-commercial personal projects that are not intended for commercial gain.
• Personal & Commercial: May be used for both personal purposes and commercial projects.
3. Scope of Permitted Use
Within the terms of the license granted, users may use the Content in the following general media:
1. Digital & Web: Websites, online stores, landing pages, newsletters, digital advertisements, etc.
2. Mobile & UI: Mobile web and app screens where the Content is used as a design element.
3. Print & Publishing: Brochures, flyers, reports, company newsletters, and other printed materials.
4. Video & Other: Video sources, presentations, and general digital media.
※ Exception (separate agreement required): Use in broadcasting, film, large-scale games, large-scale distribution services, or other high-revenue or large-audience media may require a separate extended license agreement with the Company, in addition to the standard license.
4. Restrictions and Absolute Prohibitions
The Content may not be used for any of the following purposes. Violations may result in immediate revocation of usage rights and legal action.
1. No Resale or Sharing: Independently extracting and reusing the Content, in its original or an equivalent form, for redistribution, resale, or sharing.
2. No Repackaging or Redistribution: Repackaging the Content into templates, bundled products, or design resources for distribution, or any form of distribution where the Content itself constitutes the primary sales value.
3. No Claim of Exclusive Rights: Registering the Content as a logo, trademark, or service identity, or otherwise claiming exclusive rights to it (including removing copyright notices or making false copyright claims).
4. No Use in AI Training: Using the Content for AI model training, dataset construction, or training automated generation systems.
5. No Illegal or Harmful Use: Using the Content for illegal, obscene, hateful, gambling-related, false or exaggerated advertising, or other purposes that violate public morals or cause harm to others.
5. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer
1. Responsibility for Verification: Descriptions, tags, keywords, and sample images provided with the Content are for reference only, and the Company does not guarantee their complete accuracy. Users are responsible for final verification before actual use.
2. Disclaimer: The Content is provided "as is." The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit arising from the use of the Content.
This policy takes effect from the date announced, September 1, 2026.
