Personal Membership Types and Tiers
- Personal members are divided into Free and Pro tiers and begin at Free upon signup. The Free tier applies to members with no paid purchase history, while the Pro tier is granted after at least one paid Pro Asset purchase.
- Your account is upgraded to Pro upon its first paid Pro Asset purchase, and the tier is retained permanently. Assets obtained at no charge, including with a 100% discount coupon, do not qualify.
- Specific rights and limits for each tier, including bookmark and collection limits, available downloads, concurrent users, and commercial-use permissions, are governed by the plan information posted on the service. The Company may change them with prior notice.
- Specific usage scopes and restrictions for content are governed by the separate "Content Usage Policy (License and Usage Guide)."
- Pro Asset purchases and related refunds are governed by the separate "Service Provision and Refund Policy."
Business Membership Information
- Before subscribing to a plan, business members receive the same usage limits as Free members. Paid annual subscriptions are divided into Basic, Plus, and Enterprise tiers, and Enterprise contract terms are determined through separate consultation.
- Business memberships may only be upgraded to a higher tier; downgrades are not permitted.
- Enterprise has no standardized plan. Contract terms, including scope of use, contract period, and payment terms, are agreed individually between the Company and the member. If these Terms conflict with an individual agreement, the individual agreement prevails. The Company will provide separate instructions for Enterprise conversion and contracting.
- Specific rights and limits for each tier, including bookmark and collection limits, available downloads, concurrent users, and commercial-use permissions, are governed by the plan information posted on the service. The Company may change them with prior notice.

Asset Purchase and Usage Policy
- Service period (download): Download and viewing access for a purchased asset is provided for one year from the payment date. Redownloads may be restricted after this period or if membership is withdrawn within one year, so we recommend downloading and storing the asset on a personal device during the service period.
- Usage rights for a purchased asset belong to the purchasing account and may be exercised only within the company’s licensing terms. Account-to-account transfer, resale, rental, or use as collateral is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
- The user who downloads the asset bears final responsibility for its use. Please refer to the SOSCUT Service Provision and Refund Policy for details.
- Free coupons and discounts granted by the company through signup events or rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. They expire automatically after their stated validity period.
- If payment or asset acquisition through an abnormal method such as system error or identity theft is confirmed, or if resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of downloaded source files or templates is detected, the company may immediately revoke usage rights and restrict the account in accordance with applicable law.

- Service period (download): Purchased assets may be downloaded and redownloaded without a time limit while membership remains active. Redownload access expires when membership is withdrawn, so we recommend downloading and storing assets on a personal device before withdrawal.
- Usage rights for a purchased asset belong to the purchasing account and may be exercised only within the company’s licensing terms. Account-to-account transfer, resale, rental, or use as collateral is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refund available (before download): If a paid asset has not been downloaded, you may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 days of payment. The download permission for the asset will be revoked immediately when the refund is processed.
- Refund unavailable (after download): Because the assets sold through this service are digital content, cancellation and refunds are restricted once an asset has been downloaded or viewed at least once after payment.
- If normal use was impossible due to permanent file damage, service that clearly differs from its description or advertising, duplicate payment, another fault attributable to the company, or a system error, the company will provide an appropriate remedy such as resupplying the asset or issuing a full refund.
- Assets obtained using free coupons or event benefits rather than a monetary payment are not eligible for refunds. For mixed payments that qualify for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, and the coupon used may be returned or expire according to its conditions.
- When membership withdrawal is requested, download history and usage permissions for purchased assets expire. Members must check refund eligibility for assets not yet downloaded before withdrawing. No remaining purchase can be refunded after withdrawal is completed with the member’s consent.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment: A full refund is available when a business member requests cancellation within 7 days of starting an annual subscription and has not purchased or downloaded any assets. If one or more assets were purchased or downloaded during that period, their regular individual purchase prices will be deducted from the refund.
- Early termination after 7 days with usage history: The refund equals the remaining payment after deducting the daily prorated charge for the period used and a 10% cancellation fee. Please refer to the separate "Service Provision and Refund Policy" for details.
- When a business member upgrades during the contract period, the higher tier and its benefits take effect immediately after payment approval while the original contract end date remains unchanged. The upgrade charge is the higher plan fee minus the cumulative amount actually paid for the current contract. Download usage for the current month carries over, so only the additional allowance up to the higher tier limit is added; the full higher-tier monthly allowance applies from the next month.
- Downgrades during the contract period are not permitted. To use a lower tier, the member must cancel the current contract and enroll again. The cancellation procedure follows Article 3(2), Early Termination, of the "Service Provision and Refund Policy."
